At Niecey’s Junkeria, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, please review our store policies below before placing your order.


Payment


Full payment is required before any order is started. Orders will not be processed without completed payment.


Processing Time


All custom orders require 7–10 business days to process.

This timeframe does not include shipping time. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.


Shipping


Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once your order has been shipped.

International shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.


Once an order has been shipped, Niecey’s Junkeria is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Any delivery issues should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.


Returns & Exchanges


Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an error was made by Niecey’s Junkeria.

If there is a mistake on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.


Cancellations


Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

After that time, materials may have already been ordered or work may have begun, and the order cannot be canceled.
