📌 Niecey’s Junkería Policy 💎

⏳ Turnaround Time:

All cases are handmade with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for custom or freestyle designs.

💰 Deposits:

A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to start all orders. This goes toward your final balance.

📦 Shipping:

Shipping is $5.99 if you’re not local. Local pickup/delivery may be available — message to confirm.

🖌️ Custom Orders:

Freestyle or custom — your choice! No major changes once production begins. Final design is based on your inspo or my creativity.

🔁 Returns:

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping and deposit.

📬 Lost or Damaged Items:

Once shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos.
